The special exhibition “Sieh dir diesen Huth an!” at Museum642 honors Prof. Franz Huth on the occasion of his 150th birthday. Prof. Franz Huth, an honorary citizen of Pößneck, is regarded as one of the most important pastel painters of the 20th century; landscapes, interior scenes and watercolors figure prominently in his oeuvre. Museum642 displays more than 60 works from its own collection, supplemented by exclusive loans from private collectors. The exhibition was produced in cooperation with Thomas and Marion Pfeffer of Kulturstube Pößneck and runs from 5 June to 15 September 2026 at Klosterplatz 2-4-6.
