Terms of use
Use of the service
Seenly provides curated references to art exhibitions, exhibition venues, and visit information. The information is intended for orientation. The original sources of the organizers and venues are always authoritative.
Timeliness and own verification
Opening hours, venues, dates, admission prices, accessibility, and travel details can change at short notice. Seenly therefore recommends verifying relevant details with the original source before visiting, especially if the information is decisive for your trip.
No mass evaluation without permission
Automated mass evaluation, systematic extraction, mirroring, republication, or commercial use of the Seenly database is not permitted without prior written consent. This applies in particular to complete or substantial parts of the event, venue, source, and description texts.
No use for AI training
Seenly pages, feeds, descriptions, and curated datasets may not be used for training, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, index building, or enrichment of AI systems without express written permission.
Permitted use
- Normal use of the website by visitors.
- Linking to individual Seenly pages with clear source attribution.
- Indexing by general search engines, provided they comply with robots.txt and the technical requirements.
API and licenses
For partners, cultural institutions, research, media, or commercial use, Seenly may offer licensed data use or an interface. Please send inquiries to [email protected].
Protective measures
Seenly may use technical measures against abuse, including rate limits, bot blocks, honeypot signals, fingerprints, and access blocks. These measures protect data quality, server stability, and editorial work.
Effective date
These terms of use apply from May 24, 2026.
