Julia Horstmann’s exhibition ‘manipulated fragments’ is part of the series ‘for fear of continuity problems’ and examines the social and societal conditions embedded in architecture. Drawings and collages based on psychiatric floor plans from the past 300 years meet a scenario inside the GAK that reflects on memory, orientation and imaginary spaces.
