On the occasion of Kunsthalle Emden’s 40th birthday, Mischa Kuball presents an immersive work of light in the atrium in the exhibition “eight planets, one star, one world”. In Emden, moving image spaces are created from projections on mirrored spheres, in which planets and a star always reassemble and dissolve. The installation makes the motif of the cosmic visible as a spatial experience: rotation, reflection and light transform the place into a fragile, changing visual world. The exhibition can be seen at Kunsthalle Emden from 26 April to 2 August 2026.
