Taking a line by poet Lisa Robertson as its point of departure, the group exhibition explores reading as an artistic practice and as a space of overlapping temporalities. Works by Anna Budniewski, Christine Sun Kim, Brandon LaBelle, Karolin Meunier, Luzie Meyer, Miriam Stoney and Anna R. Winder combine text and writing practices with installation, video, sound, readings and performance. Reading, listening, the body and space become tangible as intertwined processes of perception, while the exhibition also questions the historical knowledge systems, codes and infrastructures that enable or restrict legibility.
