International sculptor Michael Schützenberger presents stone works on the Rathausplatz and in the adjacent exhibition space of the Steinhauermuseum, addressing the body, music and myth. His figurative sculptures draw on mythological figures and psychological states, moving between narrative representation and dissolution into non-representational forms. On view are, among others, works referring to Orpheus, Amphitryon, Beethoven and Rigoletto.

Kleinere Exponate im Steinhauermuseum zu den regulären Öffnungszeiten: Mai bis Oktober jeden Sonntag von 14:00 bis 16:00 Uhr sowie auf Anfrage. Skulpturen befinden sich außerdem auf dem Rathausplatz.
