The special exhibition is devoted to the Dachau Trials of 1945 to 1948, one of the largest judicial programmes for prosecuting National Socialist crimes. It explains the crime scenes and legal foundations, introduces court personnel, defendants and witnesses, and asks questions about justice, responsibility and society’s engagement with the past.
