The research-based exhibition places Daniele Formica’s contemporary performative practice in dialogue with Joseph Beuys’s historical position. Formica’s work in the Joseph Beuys Archive and the museum collection gave rise to new site-specific works, including text pieces, a video performance, a readymade and a performance installation relating to Beuys’s “Siberian Symphony.”
