The upcoming presentation explores the themes of cult, struggle, sport and play through Eduard Bargheer’s paintings, examining their interconnections and their role in social coexistence. Complementing this, the special exhibition “Girotondo” presents series of works by Marcel Hüppauff in which professional cycling, landscape and spectators lining the route become symbolically charged motifs.
