The Gerhard-Marcks-Haus presents the first solo exhibition by Irish sculptor Daphne Wright in continental Europe. Nearly life-size sculptures and installations made from materials such as unfired clay, plaster and synthetic resin address transience, fragility and the transitions between childhood, adulthood, life and death; early works are represented alongside ‘Sons and Couch’ from 2025.
