School students engage creatively with figures from the Düsseldorf School of Painting and the streets named after them. Alongside portraits, staged tableaux vivants and other student works, the exhibition presents activities of the association “Unsere Straßen – unsere Künstler e.V.” as well as rare originals from the Stadtmuseum’s holdings; a particular focus is on Wilhelm Schadow.
