In the Museum Wiesbaden, an intervention by Bastian Muhr meets the architecture of the house with Change of Wallpaper. For the period from 27 February to 28 June 2026, the Berlin artist develops specially designed wallpapers and stages selected works from the collection. Muhr thus shifts the perception of wall, image and space. His work moves between pattern, drawing and chance and asks what counts as the background and what appears as an event. In Wiesbaden, this border itself becomes the subject of the exhibition.
