In the Bode Museum in Berlin, the exhibition is dedicated to the so-called Pazzi conspiracy and its significance for Renaissance Florence. The focus is on power claims, violence and their representation in the mirror of art. Objects from various collections of the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin offer a glimpse of a historical event that goes far beyond its time. The show combines political history with art-historical perspectives and reveals the tensions of an era in which domination was also negotiated over images. It can be seen at the Bode Museum, Am Kupfergraben 1-3, from October 24, 2025 to September 20, 2026.
