In the Hamburger Bahnhof – Nationalgalerie der Gegenwart in Berlin, a collection presentation on Joseph Beuys will be shown from 24 May 2024. In the reopened Kleihueshalle, the exhibition brings together key works by the artist and makes his artistic and social ideas visible in a concentrated course. Sculptures, drawings, multiples, environments and documentaries of important actions are on display. The presentation is complemented by a multimedia study island that focuses on Beuys’ multi-layered reception and his idea of “social plastic”.
