In Nuremberg, the exhibition Round and Round – The Lockenwickler Art Project shows object art from an unusual everyday material. In the room for contemporary art . laurentiu feller, used curlers become a collection in which personal traces, origin and memory overlap. Achim Weinberg condenses the industrial objects into organic-looking formations with a colorful, partly transparent effect. The project comprises around 15,000 curlers from nearly 300 people and moves between archive, sculpture and social trace protection.
