At Schloss Köpenick, the Berlin Kunstgewerbemuseum presents an exhibition on tin as a material of art and everyday culture. More than 100 objects lead from the Middle Ages to Art Nouveau and show how the metal changed over centuries in form, use and design. In addition to tin equipment, the show also focuses on tin interlinings in furniture art. A state table by Johann Daniel Sommer from 1684 stands for the special refinement of the processing. The exhibition can be seen in Berlin from 24 April to 4 October 2026.
