At Galerie Handwerk in Munich, from June 12 to July 25, 2026, “Papier perFormt” is dedicated to a material that is thought of here far beyond its familiar role. The exhibition at Haus an der Max-Joseph-Straße 4 shows paper as an independent medium between art and design. 43 works from Germany and abroad show how new forms are developed through cutting, folding, layering, pressing and printing. On display are objects, jewelry, book art, textile constructions and spatial sculptures that explore the material’s creative possibilities.
