The exhibition “Sehnsucht Wald” at the Deutsches Textilmuseum Krefeld brings together more than 160 textile works by women artists from Germany, the Slovak Republic, Spain and Ukraine as well as by textile engineering students and graduates of Hochschule Niederrhein. A highlight is the "Waldwunder – the Palatinate Forest in cord and yarn", an artwork made of around 5,000 crocheted parts. Works by Silke Bosbach are included. The museum education team provides an extensive accompanying program; the show runs at the Andreasmarkt house from 1 March to 27 December 2026.

Kinder und Jugendliche bis 18 Jahre haben kostenfreien Eintritt
Waldkarte (Vierer-Eintrittskarte) für Erwachsene: 15 Euro (vier Eintritte zum Preis von drei).
