At the NAWAREUM in Straubing, the exhibition Food Rethinking is dedicated to the question of what nutrition could look like in the future. Between 17 March and 13 September 2026, new foods, processes and production methods are presented that respond to changing ecological and social conditions. The show combines technical developments with the culture of food. It invites you to question your usual ideas about taste, production and responsibility and to deal with possible ways for a more sustainable food system.
