The exhibition “KÜHLEWEIN + KOENIG” at the KOENIGmuseum pairs large-format paintings by Bernhard Kühlewein with works by Fritz Koenig, bringing two important postwar Landshut positions into dialogue. Bernhard Kühlewein’s recent oil paintings feature layered colour applications and narratives woven from experience, memory and imagination. The exhibition runs 18 July 2026–10 January 2027 at the KOENIGmuseum (Tue–Sun 10:00–17:00) and admission is free.
