“Jenseits der Mauern – Gefängnisarchitektur aus Sicht junger Menschen” is an exhibition by the Friedrich-Hundt-Gesellschaft e.V. in cooperation with Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW, Münster branch. It is connected to the move of the prison from Gartenstraße to the new building on Telgter Straße, marking the end of a defining chapter in Münster’s urban history. Pupils from Adolph-Kolping-Berufskolleg and Realschule Wolbeck photographed both the historic prison and the new building. The exhibition runs from 3 October to 21 November 2026 at Stadtmuseum Münster, Salzstraße 28.
