With breaking / briseadh / wa'aidom, the gallery BRITTA RETTBERG in Munich presents a joint exhibition by Laura Ní Fhlaibhín and Tyler Eash. The title refers to different linguistic and cultural references, which are concentrated in a reflected examination of origin, memory and related forms of resistance. Based on a long-standing friendship, the show develops a poetic-political perspective on indigenous and Irish experiences. The focus is on connections between historical pressures, communal references and artistic gestures of remembrance. The exhibition will be held at Gabelsbergerstraße 51 from 16 May to 27 June 2026.
