At the Altona Museum in Hamburg, the exhibition shows photographs by Regina Schmeken that deal with the crime scenes of the NSU. The focus is on places in German cities where the violence of the right-wing terrorist network becomes visible without even appearing spectacularly. Schmeken’s large-scale black-and-white images focus on the disturbing normality of these locations. Between 15 October 2025 and 7 July 2026, the presentation combines artistic representation with a reminder of the social consequences of crime.
