In the Angermuseum Erfurt, gold lacquer and cacti can be seen as a new collection presentation that focuses on art from Erfurt in the light of upheavals and upheavals. The title refers to tensions between growth, resistance and change and opens up access to the city’s history through artistic perspectives. The exhibition has been on view at the Anger Museum at Anger 18 since 14 September 2025. As part of the collection, it presents works in a museum setting that brings historical references and contemporary experiences into dialogue.
