In the Augustinermuseum in Freiburg im Breisgau, the focus of Zukunfts(t)räume – Museum im Wandel is on one’s own past and the coming change. The exhibition links cultural history with the question of how a house with a long history can relocate itself. From the former monastery to various uses to today's museum, the development of the place on Augustinerplatz unfolds. Between 28 February 2026 and 21 February 2027, the focus is on the history of a traditional house that reflects on its future.
