In Weimar, the exhibition History meets Present combines the Bauhaus heritage with a contemporary perspective. In the Bauhaus Museum Weimar, historical postcards and photographs are shown, complemented by current photographs of the Bauhaus sites. The occasion is the 30th anniversary of the inclusion of the sites in Weimar and Dessau in the World Heritage List. The presentation thus focuses on an early phase of the important art and design school of the 20th century. At the same time, she asks about the continued impact of her ideas to the present day. The show can be seen from 19 March to 13 July 2026 at Stéphane-Hessel-Platz 1.
