As part of the 43rd International Ceramics Days, the Landesmuseum Kunst & Kultur Oldenburg presents works by Elena Arosio, winner of the NEUE KERAMIK 2025 prize. The Italian artist creates her artefacts on the potter’s wheel using fine stoneware, refines them with sealed earth, and fires them using a saggar-firing process. This produces distinctive colours that lie delicately across the surfaces of the sturdy vessels and interact with their clear forms.
