The exhibition traces the art collection of Lola and David Leder, which no longer exists today, and presents the couple’s donations to the Municipal Art Collection Chemnitz. At its centre are Gustav Schaffer’s portrait of David Leder, the history of persecution and loss of the Jewish family, and still-unresolved questions concerning the painting’s provenance.

Admission
Regulär 10 Euro, ermäßigt 6,50 Euro. Freier Eintritt unter anderem bis 18 Jahre, für Schüler:innen am Geburtstag, Studierende der TU Chemnitz, Chemnitz-Pass-Inhaber:innen und weitere auf der Besuchsseite genannte Gruppen.
