Barbara Yelin recounts in images the life story of Holocaust survivor Emmie Arbel, her experiences in three concentration camps, and her later path towards language and self-determination. The exhibition presents original watercolours, excerpts from the comic, and numerous working sketches, offering insight into the collaboration between the two women and the possibilities of visual remembrance.
