In the Terra-Sigillata-Museum Rheinzabern, the event is dedicated to the construction of a Jupiter column, as it was common in antiquity. Historically, there are colorfully painted columns that carried important statues - a motif that is creatively implemented here. Visitors can make their own column models from paper and rolls of paper, which provide space for individually designed figures. The action combines craftsmanship with historical knowledge and makes ancient art forms experienceable.
