With Universal Tongue, the Modern Gallery of the Saarland Museum in Saarbrücken presents a media art project by Anouk Kruithof. The work is based on extensive research into dance forms and condenses a multilingual image of physical expressions in the digital present. The eight-channel video installation brings together ritual, popular and contemporary forms of movement, creating an open view of dance as a global form of communication and as a cultural archive. The exhibition will be held from 9 May 2026 to 3 January 2027 at Bismarckstraße 11-15.
