At the MAKK in Cologne, the permanent exhibition Art + Design in Dialogue: 100 Objects is dedicated to the relationship between function and design. A selection from the collection shows how new production methods and aesthetic demands emerged with industrialization. The show at An der Rechtschule 7 in the city centre places everyday and everyday objects in a broader cultural-historical context. It is accessible from 18 February 2025 and opens up a concentrated view of the development of crafts and design.
