In the Museum Ulm in the kunsthalle weishaupt, the exhibition “Fabled! The Lion Man and His Descendants” from December 13, 2025, shows how an archaic figure works beyond her time. The title refers to the Lion Man, whose image between humans and animals still stimulates interpretations today. Until October 4, 2026, the motif in Ulm will be the focus of a cultural-historical examination. The presentation at Hans-und-Sophie-Scholl-Platz 1 combines archaeological fascination with the question of how old stories live on in later image worlds.
