In the kunsthalle weishaupt in Ulm, the exhibition “When Colors Find Forms. Works from the Collection” from 2 May to 8 November 2026 is dedicated to the interplay between color, form and space. Graphics and canvas paintings from the Siegfried and Jutta Weishaupt Collection are on display, including works not yet presented. The focus is on abstract art, which produces different effects with reduction and clear orders. Works by Josef Albers, Hans Arp, Geneviève Claisse, Georg Karl Pfahler and Victor Vasarely, among others, open up various approaches to a question that the exhibition consistently pursues: How does color become form?
