“AM WENDEPUNKT” is the last major exhibition of the German Leather Museum at the previous site before the planned renovation. It looks at the history of the house since 1917, its collections, exhibitions and the changes in the museum’s self-image. A walk-in timeline, historical posters, photographs, publications, press reports and footage show 110 years of museum work. The exhibition combines retrospective and critical reorientation and thus marks a special moment in the life of the house.
